Do you have a Wal-Mart near you that still has fabric? It's usually cheaper there than JoAnn's, but the selection is thinner. (We have one here still, though it's a short drive, and it's nice when I feel like I need to fabric shop at 10 p.m.)
You can't order half yards of fabric on JoAnn's website? I would think you could.
