Re: Thankful Tuesday
Well first and foremost, I am SO thankful that so many ladies were able to come to NYC last weekend, had perfect weather and a FABULOUS time!! I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it. I really hope we can organize the annual GTGs to meet the rest of you who weren't able to come!
Secondly, I am thankful that DH is pushing himself to help his mom (who does not ask for the help she needs and refuses it when offered). It's very stressful but I think in the long run it will benefit both of them. (LOOOONG story . . . )
Thirdly, I am thankful that SS is keeping up with his schoolwork so far and excelling! The last few years he did substandard work if he even turned his assignments in. He has done great and I plan on a nice fat reward for him if his first quarter grades are similar to what he has so far.
April 2010 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination
I am thankful for the friend that called me last night. She's been through what I am currently going through and basically just let me cry to her last night.
I am thankful DH has been awesome throughout this whole process. He doesn't completely understand everything, but he knows that it's been an emotional battle for both of us.
Lastly, I am thankful for the goregous weather we are having. I am so happy that fall weather is finally here.

Anyway...I'm thankful for the lovely weather lately and being able to open our windows at night for some crisp fall air. So nice!!!
I'm thankful that I was able to make the trip out to NYC and meet some great "friends"!
I'm thankful that DH missed me so much that he would have driven to Chicago to pick me up if my flight was canceled!

I am thankful for such an amazing weekend with some amazing girls. I was seriously blown away at how great you all are. I can't wait to do it again. If any of you girls ever come to Boston, WE NEED TO HANG OUT.
I am thankful that I get to go home after work. However I need to go food shopping and probably do more school work. Ugh.
