Knitters: New Knitty is up!

Knitty Deep Fall just launched and for the first time in the last few issues, there are things I actually want to knit!

I'm pretty ready to cast on Vignette right now--so pretty!  I like When Sampson Met Lila, too.

 Thoughts?

 ETA: Fixed link.

  • *ooohhh, ahhhhhhh*

I love it! Too bad I don't have much time right now.

  • I really like the Tenney Park Pullover!  (and I'd love to learn how to do that pattern on the front strip... I see it lots of places and I want to learn!)

  • Love, love Vignette. That's so pretty. I think the kiwi toy looks awfully fun. :)

Ooh, I liked that one too.  Wasn't crazy about the colors she used for the front panel, but I'm not a rainbow kinda gal.  Entrelac is pretty fun--not in large doses, though, which means the panel on this sweater might be just the right amount.

I rarely do things in the color suggested, and would probably not do the rainbow pattern.  Is Entrelac hard to learn?  I'm assuming I could find a good youtube video on it...

No, if you can pick up stitches and do short rows, you can do entrelac.  It's a LOT easier than it looks.

Yay! I can do both of those things :)  Maybe I will give this a try (after the 3 things I've already bought yarn for...)
