Waiting to hear from the Underwriter/Loan Officer! How long?
So we're in the process of getting an acceptance letter from the Underwriter so we can move forward with get the loan and it seems like it's taking forever! The Loan Officer submitted our information yesterday and said we should hear something back this morning but still nothing. Is this a good or a bad thing? How long did you wait. Then we still have to see if we get the loan after this...I just want to cry from frustration and anxiety. Any comforting, encouraging or uplifting words of advice?

We did and he said to not worry. If he felt that we would not qualify then he would not try this hard to push application through. He did mention that we are not the only ones trying to purchase a house, lol. We just have to be patient!
