XP: Around the Clock shower gift ideas needed - 1 pm
I was invited to an Around the Clock wedding shower
(I'm assuming it's co-ed for the bride and groom since both DH and I
were invited). We got assigned 1 pm. Of course my dirty mind is
thinking of "afternoon quicky" stuff, but I am not very close with the
bride or groom, so I don't think that would be appropriate. (The bride is DH's coworker/daughter of the company owner).
My DH suggested getting a
throw blanket to signify an afternoon nap. I thought about getting a
tea kettle and some teacups.
Anyone thinking of something other than that mentioned above?

I really like the idea of tea stuff.
This is kind of lame, but what about a big box of food storage containers? That way they could pack up snacks to eat, around 1pm, or to pack up their lunch. Those were one of the things that I really wish we had gotten as wedding gifts and didn't. I dunno.
Something that they could make lunch with was my first thought as well.
But I also like the tea idea. I always have afternoon tea, but that's normally a little later in the day.

I've never heard of that theme before, interesting...
I say his and hers snuggies for afternoon nap. Google suggested bakeware and dishes or grocery gift cards.
