How do you feel about them?
Re: POLL: Bumper Stickers
My step-dad always taught us to keep a very clean car and that included the windows/bumpers/etc. So, that impacted my opinion I think. But, I cannot stand them. One is maybe not so bad but I HATE when I see a car covered in them.
And on another note, those "family" stickers irk me too.
Our crazy, wonderful life
Can't stand them. I like the clean car look.
I also dislike the family stickers- the ones with names actually make me angry( safety risk IMO), the ones with just figures are annoying.
I like to read them, figure them out, judge people based on them.
Kerry '04 - - really? Might want to take that one off.
I did just put a window cling of HHI on my car, it felt appropriate since I've been going down there every years since I was like 10.
Funny, DH and I just had this conversation today. We saw a sticker that just said "White Trash." I turned to H and said, "If he puts that sticker on his car, I 100% believe him."
Nah, not a fan myself. They get dated, thereby dating the car. They look messy, mess up the paint, etc.
We don't have any. I used to have one of those interior long back window clings of my university and sorority when I was in college, but my dad would have flipped if I ever stuck something to my car like a bumper sticker-- he was in the clean car crowd.
Honestly, there really isn't anything I'm dying to communicate to the world enough to put on my car. That said, I do appreciate reading them on other people's cars and laughing at them, figuring them out, whatever. I did crack up at the "Republicans for Voldemort" sticker I recently saw.
This exactly! I no longer have the car that I had in college and don't plan on putting anything on my grown up nice car.
But for now, we have a kegerator in the garage, and it's covered in what I consider to be cool bumper stickers. Some of our collection:

Emma, I have an old Subaru Forester with a COEXIST sticker on it. :-)
ETA: I'm totally going to buy the "my pet makes my breakfast" sticker now! LOVE it!

I don't do bumper stickers. But I do sometimes put election ones on. But I tape them to the inside of my window so I can easily remove it.
I do also have a college window cling that I got 2 years ago and never put it on the new car.

We only ever had college stickers on my parents cars. We used to laugh that the FIVE stickers from private colleges may has well have been a bumper sticker that read "I am driving this crappy beat up car because I put five kids through these schools:....." :P
We have none on our car - not really our personality.
I would never put a bumper sticker on something so expensive but they are fun to read on other people's cars. Window decals are ok, I used to have an Army National Guard decal in my old car.
We have a roof rack on our Escape with bike trays so we put stickers on the faring (wind deflector), which stays on the vehicle all of the time. We also have a rocket box with some stickers on it. Most of our stickers are outdoor equipment brands, brewery stickers, or places we love like National Parks.
