So sad...
I have mentioned before how my SIL (soon to be x-SIL) is having a hell of a time right now.
At the beginning of August my brother told her he wanted a divorce and the next day her dad had a heart attack and has pretty much been in the hospital since then.
During the last month and a half her dad was first diagnosed with colon cancer that spread to his spine. Then it was decided that it had spread to his brain and they gave him days to possibly months to live.
She had plans already to move home (Indiana-Ohio border area) and was planning on leaving here on Saturday with a moving truck. Yesterday changed everything and she jumped on a plane this morning to be there with her family.
Sadly, she didn't make it in time and he passed away a couple of hours before she made it there. My heart is breaking for her. Not only is this her dad, but they were very close and would talk on the phone almost every day.
If you could send some T&Ps her way I know she can use them.
