Health & Fitness Wednesday
Haven't posted this in a while.
I haven't lost anything for like a month...BOO. I also haven't worked out AT ALL. So clearly those 2 might be connected. I need to go to the gym. BADLY.
But i have lost a total of 25 lbs since May! Although i'm still over the dreaded 200 lb mark, but getting very close to being below it
I'm excited to be a healthy person again. I just have to get back on track with working out and stop eating ice cream lol

I'm pretty sure I've gained weight over the last few months. Probably has a lot to do with having candy in the house and eating a ton of ice cream over the summer. I need to get the diet in check - I'm certain that's what's doing it for me. I'm still at the gym 4-5 times a week.
I'm really going to try to meal plan for the week on the weekends. Since DH starts grad school soon and we'll be at home more on the weekends so he can do homework and watch college football - I should have no excuses why I can't sit there and meal plan while I watch tv.
Unlike Deb, I've been feeling very not slim lately.
