Inexpensive and fun birthday restaurant?
SIL & MIL are celebrating birthdays in a few weeks. There will be about 10 people or so. They want to go somewhere for dinner that is not expensive and where we can hang around for a while afterwards.
I pushed for Marini's but they said it's too far.

We're on the far east side so probably no farther west than downtown.
