I'm going to start it today...feel free to play along this week if not you can start next monday.
2. How much weight have I lost this week?
1 lb; I am down 37 lbs from leaving the hospital w/ Ava.
3. What eating plan are you following?
Not dieting per se, just trying to make healthy choices. Lower in fat for sure and higher in protein.
4. What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? How many hours? Well last week it was probably about 5- 7 hours. I went to the gym and did cardio 4 times, weights 2 times & calisthenics 4 times; went for 2 walks.
This week so far I have done cardio + weight+ calisthenics yesterday, Barre tonight, gym Wed/Thurs or Fri/and one day this w/e hopefully Barre again.
5. How was I successful this week ?
Not overindulging and if I did "cheat" balancing it out another day.
6. Any slips or set backs this week?
Pizza the other night; but only 2 slices and had a salad w/ i (i eat that first)
7. My motivation for losing weight?
Not buying new jeans.
8. Wild Card!!!
??
1. Not sure for the week. I am down 22.5 overall since my heaviest.
2. Herbalife and lean dinners (high protein, low fat)
3. I slacked off. I didn't do cardio today or yesterday but I did train with DH yesterday. Back on again tomorrow
4. I slashed dinner portion in half for a meal I REALLY like and it's hard to do!
5. DH likes dessert. This does not bode well for me.
6. MAKING BABIES!
7. I think I want to move out of teaching but I'm not sure what I want to do but I feel like there is something bigger out there for me than being in a classroom.

I'll answer as if it's still Monday.
2. How much weight have I lost this week? Zero. Time to get on the ball.
3. What eating plan are you following? Weight watchers/sticking with moderation. And exercising regularly for.the first time since I took karate at age 14.
4. What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? How many hours? None. That's why I need this.
5. How was I successful this week ? I was absolutely not.
6. Any slips or set backs this week? I exhibited no control.
7. My motivation for losing weight? Not having to replace 50-something suits and a.dozen pairs of jeans. Plus, getting fit so I'm not out of breath walking up a single flight of stairs as a 41-year-old nonsmoker. It's pathetic.
8. Wild Card!!! I want to.start taking the dog on longer walks too... she's getting as tubby as I am.

I'm a day late, but it's because my weigh in day is Wednesday.
2. 2 whole pounds!!! Squee!
3. Weight Watchers
4. Actually none. Last week was my first week on WW, and my body was adjusting to eating significantly less food. For the first few days, I had a hunger headache almost constantly, and felt sort of spacey a lot. No working out when I feel like that.
5. Less food in my mouth. Healthier choices of what I did eat.
6. Pizza on Sunday night. But I only had two slices, and a basket of veggies beforehand.
7. I don't want to be overweight anymore. I can't fit into any of my favorite clothes.
Wild Card: I'm making a really cute (at least I hope it turns out that way) baked good for a friend's birthday this weekend. It combines something I loved from my childhood and one of my current favorite things.
