Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Closing pushed back...ugh!!!
We were supposed to close Friday but as of 5pm we still hadn't gotten the USDA approval because the software they use has been down. And the title company requires 48 hours to process everything. So now we are looking at Monday. I'm so irritated.

It's ok, we have USDA too, and had a lot of issues with our LO (he went on vacay, and left us hanging, didn't tell us or anything).
We were supposed to close last thursday & this monday, now it might be Friday or next Monday!
