Foreclosed home
We put an offer in on a foreclosed home a week ago today. The listing agent had told our agent that we should hear back in 2-3 days. Well its a week later and we still haven't heard back!
Anyone ever buy a house owned by Bank of America? How long till you heard back after you put an offer in?

2-3 business days on average.
The people who deal with foreclosures do not work on weekends (nor after about 3:00 from our experience). They always came back with a counter at 2:45, and then our realtor would counter to their REA who would have to wait until the next day to submit.
It took about 2 weeks going back and forth to get the deal done.
