Anyone know a FW realtor?
This is a long shot, but I just wanted to check and see if anyone here knew a realtor they'd recommend -- specifically someone that knows the Fort Worth side of the metroplex.
We're just starting to research the possibility of buying vs. finding another rental place, and I'm finding it incredibly intimidating.

I know that the realty company Judge Fite Century 21 deals all in the Fort Worth area. Every one we have seen in open houses for them has been super nice, return calls, and answers all our questions. I love some of their homes, also. We are going to sign with one of the agents there very soon since our contract ended with our last realtor. We are selling our house and buying another home. We have been looking for two years.
I do not recommend using Fidelity. I will not mention names, but we had a very bad expierience with one of the agents there. It was a 6 month contract and it was horrible dealing with them the entire time.
I have been doing this for awhile now and had a lot of realtors not call me back on houses I am interested in. Very frustrating. Feel free to email me if you have questions on anything.

DH used Megan Phelps http://www.soldbyphelps.com/ and she was great to him. Took her time and really listened. Even showed him some rentals when he wasn't sure about buying.

Dana -- I especially love that last part, about showing him rentals too! We're juuuust barely tipping over the renting-vs-owning fence, and we'd love to compare our options, so that's awesome.
