NDR: House buying vibes?
We just looked at our first house out here (we've been renting sine Jan and looking for a year...the market is soooo slow out here!) that may actually work for us. It's got a lot more space, plenty of bedrooms, and what every crafter wants to hear: a large sewing room for MWAH! It's actually so big that I told DH he could put a desk for billing (he does the billing for the company he works for) and household stuff in there if he wanted. 
It's far from my ideal home, I won't get to live in the country and have my horse, but it's on three lots, I can have chickens, and I get to look out to hayfields on two sides.
DH is working on getting preapproved this week, my parents are coming out to look this weekend, and we'll probably get an offer put together within a week. Can anyone spare some good vibes heading out here?

After years of renting apartments, I told DH that a large space for my crafts was a must! Funny how quickly my craft stuff took over the room, and he actually does his job in this room!
After having my sewing "room" in our DINING ROOM since January, Josh was ready to give me a whole bedroom. ha! The office is totally great, too, lots of light and big!
