Neti Pot?

Has anyone ever used one? I have been really stuffy lately and was willing to try anything. I've never done anything so disgusting and wonderful at the same time.

I use the squeeze bottle made by the same company. V was the first to try it and I resisted for a long time, but when I got sick while pg and couldn't take medication, I gave it a shot. It's wonderful!

I LOVE mine. My allergies got so bad this summer I was taking suddafed every day which I didn't like. You just have to remember to close you soft pallet so you don't feel like drowning, I also use mine in the shower (your cleaning everything else right?).

My mom's doctor also recommended that she start to use one the last time she sinus infection rather than give her antibiotics.

I think it's great - I use it whenever I have a cold and it's amazing what a difference it makes. And ditto about sinus infections, my mom has been doing this for years and it's very effective.

I got one last year and I must really be doing something wrong - the solution just totally refused to come out my other nostril. Tongue Tied

It means that you are really clogged up. This happened to me once. Take some de-congustion and stand in the hot shower to try and loosen things up.
