so i'm making cupcakes..
for a paying customer...
people are crazy to pay me to make cupcakes but here i go.
they've asked for 4 dozen s'more cupcakes (which aren't my signature but sorta... they're what everyone wants!) 1 dozen vanilla with cream cheese frosting, 1 dozen vanilla with maple frosting, and 2 dozen of my choice...
i'm thinking either triple coconut &/or vanilla and lemon frosting.
what do you think?

c) for some reason I'm leaning towards something else with chocolate, but a more simple option than the smores because there's already two vanilla-type cake choices. like chocolate with a berry or vanilla frosting

wait...so 8 dozen cupcakes? that's insane.
i went to pinkabella today with my mom and i had a cookie dough frosting. i asked her what it was (since i can't have raw eggs) and she said it was butter, cream, cookie crumbles, and chocolate chips. it was heavenly. it was on a chocolate cake.

Jennlin, I LOVE New York Cupcake's cookie dough delight. Soooo flippin good. It has a chunk of cookie dough inside the cupcake. Drools....

i think i need to branch out and try some other cupcake places. i've only ever been to trophy and cupcake royale.
i've had a couple cupcakes from new york cupcakes at a wedding, and they were hEAVEN! that's where i got my s'more inspiration. but found a recipe from trophy that i use almost to the t but i make a different frosting.
she didn't want any more chocolate.. lol.
