Sesame Place this weekend!

I am ridiculously excited to take George on Saturday. Originally we were going to take him next spring but, with baby #2 on the way, thought we'd take advantage of doing this one last big outing with him as an only child. We're getting the two day pass (2nd day is free) and spending the night. DS loves Murray and the gang and I can't wait to see his face when he meets the characters! Any tips for the park? I'm packing lots of snacks, extra clothes and the camera, of course.

a wetsuit maybe? hope the weather cooperates for you- it's mostly water park. we did the breakfast with the charcters- it's a great opportunity to see them without waiting on lines. it's kinda pricey but also worth it if you consider what the food costs there which is not so great anyway. hope he has fun! he's pretty tall so he should get on most of the rides. there are a bunch for little kids but a lot you have to be 36 inches.

The water is shut off after Labor Day, just dry activities! I'll look into the breakfast though he's nit great at sitting at restaurants right now...hmmm.

We went 2 weekends ago and water rides were still going--however we didn't go on them because it was too cold!! We also got a deal online that was $20 off a ticket, but it was only a 1 day ticket. We turned that ticket into a season pass though for the rest of this year and all of next year for pretty cheap. A had a ton of fun and we are looking forward to going back for halloween!

Melis, really? My cousin has season passes and she told us the water would be off. We, it will be too cold anyway. And with this forecast it looks like we'll have to postpone for a couple of weeks. So annoyed :-(

It was cold the weekend we went also, but our friend took her daughter on one of the water rides!! But I totally agree I think its too cold for water rides at this point!! Boo to postponing the trip!!!! When you do go, G's eyes will light up and he will be in all his glory, at least that is how A was!!!
