Places to visit in Brugges (my search function isnt working)
We are heading off to Brugge in a couple of weeks and I was lookinga good list of places to visit. We will only have a couple days and will not be heading into museums (not with an almost 3yo).
I am hoping to have a basic itenerary before we go because the last family trip we went on, we did not have a well planned out one...and ended up going half-assed backwards ot Mont St Michel on our last day (drove 1 hour west, to drive 1 hour back past where we stayed for the trip, to drive 6 hours home - totally my fault).
So any good ideas will be really helpful and appreciated.

Re: Places to visit in Brugges (my search function isnt working)
We were there a few weekends ago with our 2 year old and had a great time. You are total opposite than us, we don't plan anything and it tends to work out.
My first suggestion is on your first morning there, take a horse and carriage ride through the town. Then that will give you an idea of everything you want to see. It was 35Euro for almost 40 mins and you see everything and can plan which areas to go back to.
My second suggestion is to do everything early in the morning or late in the evening. I can't stand tourist crowds with a toddler. We got there mid afternoon and walked around to get a feel for the area, then let our LO nap and then headed back out around 7. Then we got out around 0800 the next morning, there were already small lines to get into some of the places, but the town was still very peaceful and so nice to walk through.
The food and astmosphere were amazing, enjoy!
