As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Beyond humiliated!
So we had an appt at 6:00 tonight to show our parents the house that we are in the process of buying. We get there and our agent is not there. Well, she is at her son's music program; she forgot about us...again.
Well, the house looks totally empty, so we figured that the agent set up the appt and the owners were out of the house. So we walk around to the backyard and go up on the deck and look around up there (the sellers just had the roof over the deck replaced and we wanted a closer look). Well as my hubby is on top of the railing looking at the roof the seller walks out of the house and is like, uhhh can I help you??
The seller was really cool about it all and actually invited us in to look around. She was really nice and really understanding about it, but OMG we were so embarrassed!!!

true however said crappy agent is gonna make money off of you.... i'd be talking about a different agent rate due to so many issues or you will find another agent
