eventual nook book convert
I talked with a Nook rep yesterday and officially want the newest version of the Nook Book. I'm thinking I might write it off as a business expense because I can use it in lieu of my now broken laptop to travel and answer business e-mails, blog and utilize their gallery settings to showcase pictures to potential Clients...this excites me beyond words!
My biggest question for those who have the Nook - as a couponer I am always looking for deals - where are the best places online that you've found deals for books and apps on the cheap? Is there a place where you can "return" your virtual book or trade it with a friend so that after it's been purchased you can retain some money?
love, jenifriend

Re: eventual nook book convert
are you getting the color or just the regular nook? i have the newest Nook but not the color. I get A LOT of books from the library - you should check with your local library if they have a website usually they will have a section of ebooks - usually with overdrive - nook can read adobe epub files and pdf.
nook does a type of borrowing system but only with certain books and you can only loan it out once, which sucks and doesn't make much sense but blah.
to date i don't think you can return a book after you've read it, unless it's a library e-book

thanks amanda for the info! they should totally do a "friend borrowing" system where you can link up with specific friends and share without a fee up to a limit of like...five people or something...just my thoughts.
i'm going to get the newest edition in color with the wifi capability - it's a lot more conducive to my needs for my business.
