Has anyone used Metlife for their mortgage?
I know they are fairly new to doing mortgages, but we are buying a townhouse and their preferred lenders are Metlife, Bank of America, or Wells Fargo. We need to use one of their lenders to get our closing costs included. We wanted to go with Wells Fargo, but their rep is scatter brained and keeps giving us poor advice. So we scheduled a meeting with the rep for Metlife, but we don't know anyone that has used them.

I am! My LO is wonderful. We chose them because they offer the FHA 203(k) loans.
I am pleased so far but I can come back and update once we close (hopefully in 45 days).
