That I am.
I didn't get airline insurance when I booked out tickets. We're suppose to leave this coming Tuesday.
H was suppose to be back at the beginning of the month, then middle and now.. no one knows.
Anyone know if Delta will work with us? No, I haven't called yet because I don't know what to change our tickets to.
I feel like such a baby because I'm so piised. I know I shouldn't expect anything, especially dates for homecomings, but I get my hopes up every time. Bleh.

Re: Stupid, stupid, stupid!
I don't know about Delta but, Southwest allows you to cancel tickets and use the money you paid for a different ticket. Maybe they offer something similar. You should still call just to see what the policy is it's the only way to get some peace of mind.
Hugs sweetie...don't beat yourself up about it!
I'm on hold now with them. I usually go with southwest, but the tickets were almost $300 more. I was shocked. I've never seen them that much more.
I called and after speaking with 4 different people, 3 of them I barely could understand, it's $150 a ticket to cancel/reschedule. They did say if I get his commanders name and number that they will waive the fee. So now it's a waiting game to see when he'll be home.
Still should have just paid for the insurance.
I know! I just wish I knew when so I could rebook them.
This is the same reason I've had THE hardest time finding an OpLove photog. I understand they run a business and need a date, but at the same time they had to know about all the uncertainty when the agreed to be apart of the organization.
Start by calling them to find out their policies. Then you'll at least have a better idea of how much you need to worry while you wait for the new date.
Sorry about the Doh! moment. It happens to everyone once in a while.
