is it an actress? not even sure. but i'm considering the hair cut...just not sure how i feel about bangs.

I don't know who that is- she looks like a cross between Jennifer Garner and Lisa Rinna.
BUT, I think the hairstyle is cute. Long bangs like that grow out in no time (at least for me) so even if you're not loving the bangs so much it won't take too long before they just look like a shorter layer that frames your face.
