Exterminators
Any recs? I need a "start up" service and then a regular maintenance service, too.
I am in Sugar Land, if that matters.
This is uncharted territory for me, so any recs are appreciated!!

its an annual service so you pay once for the year then any time you see bugs, you call and they retreat for free.
We use Southwest Exterminating and have been happy with them. FWIW, we're in Sugar Land too and I think the company is at Beltway 8 and 59.
There are some discounts on their web site.

I think I am going with them also. $340 a year is cheaper than a start up and 3 quarterly visit. I will gladly use you as a referral if you will PM me your info!
