Tell me about your worst date...
Reading one of the posts here (Mint!), I laughed remembering some stories that either happened to me or my best friend. Let's laugh a little? Tell me the worst (or the funniest!) date you ever had, with your husband or an ex, whatever, just share a good one!!
I'm here thinking and one came to my mind, not so funny but weird. I met a guy in a nightclub once, phone numbers traded and talked everyday for a week. One day he invited me to go out to watch a movie and dinner, so there we go. This guy was 5 years older than me, and had a little boy with his supposed ''ex girlfriend''. Note, he only told me that when we were on our way to eat, before he told me that he was single (pfft!). Anyway, getting to the restaurant, who do we see right in front of us? His girlfriend!!
He told her that he had to make a business trip and would be out of town for 2 days when he was in fact with me. On the other hand, she went out with her mother, girl friends and a cousin to eat at the same restaurant as us, he has some luck huh? LOL Afraid of her seeing us there he grabbed my arm and trying to escape from them made me run outta there and go back to the car, when he told me all of that. I got pissed obviously, got a cab and went home. He tried to call me a couple times after that but I wouldn't pick up the phone so, he eventually gave up. I later found out (via fb) that they got married and moved to another state. There was a status that he posted saying... ''Trying to make the right thing now, God keep me in line!'' ... lol
After that, he was deleted from my fb, and never seen him again. I'll try to remember a better story later, I have plenty of them but this was the first one that came to my mind lol Now you ladies!!!

My worst date was one that never came to happen. I was hooking up with a guy in college (I was a freshman and he was a junior--1st year and 3rd year for those not familiar with the terms). I was young and wasn't ready to sleep with him even though he hinted at it everytime I was at his apt. One night he invited me on a date out to dinner (practically unheard of at my college) and I spent hours getting ready, picking out an outfit with my friends, etc. I went to meet him and he told me, "I never want to see you again" and walked away. I was heartbroken and so embarassed
What a douche. Period. I like your funny stories, let's forget about this douche lol
The one who slobbered kissed me after watching Good Will Hunting. It was gross I wanted I mad a b-line for my car after that.
That movie is ruined for me now. My friends and I used to discuss movie ruined for us by bad dates. Anyone got one of those?
2012 Reading Challenge

I have super embarrassing on my part date. When I first moved to Switzerland I went on two dates with a very attractive Brazilian. I turned down his offers of dinner a few times (I was really homesick and debating on moving home), but finally I decided to go out with. He was always a gentleman and I really liked him. Our first date was at a swanky restaurant and our second date was at a cute pizzeria. I ordered my favorite pizza, four cheese. I used to have a major lactose problem (one of the reasons I became vegan, luckily I haven't had any problems since switching back to dairy eating) and ordering a "four cheese" pizza was probably not my best move on a date.
After we ate we went back to his apartment, we fooled around a bit then fell asleep, or so I thought. I woke up quickly because the lactose intolerance was setting in and I accidently let one go...big time. I'm positive he heard it and wasn't asleep. I tried to act cool the next morning, but we never went on another date again.
I met DH a few weeks later and I had learned my lesson on ordering foods heavy on dairy products early in a relationship
Eww. I had a date with a guy in high school to see Can't Hardly Wait and he just wanted to make out the whole time. He was a slobbery mess, too. Gag. Thanks for reminding me of that!
hahaha idk why the brazilian guy didn't want to go out with you anymore, here most of them are freaking gross. All the brazilian guys that I've dated or went out with were awful. And note, I'm brazilian lol But at least you didn't go out with him anymore, or you wouldn't meet your husband!
Yucks. The guy on my story did that to me while we were watching the movie, can't remember which one it was though. I had to keep ''going to the toilet'' to avoid those kisses.
I went on a date with a guy to see Titanic and he brought his best friend. Any time I see that movie referenced I giggle. That was just a ridiculous mess of a relationship!
I swear, I only have terrible date stories... DH and I met at 19 so I only dated as a teenager and they were all clusterf*cks.
Once I went on a date with this guy (we were 16) and we went back to his place to 'hang out'. His parents came home unexpectedly and he made me jump out the window to get home since 'he wasn't allowed to date white girls' - he was from Pakistan maybe? His parents yelled after me as I ran down the street!! Not at all funny at the time but it actually just made me giggle at my desk now.
I went on a date with a friend of a friend in high school and he spent the entire time talking about my friend and how hot she was and how I kind of looked like her. Super embarrassing.
