WDYT: Boy or Girl?
I have a student named O'Shen. Student is tall and has lightly tanned skin. Student walks and dresses like a boy. Student has long dark blond hair (below shoulders) and delicate features of a girl. What do you think?

The way I'd pronounce it is ocean, which makes me think it's a girl. But I think parents would be more likely to have a boy's name spelled with the O'....
If you really needed to know I would ask the secretary in the office. They have to be registered one way or the other.
FWIW, I voted boy, but I was a teacher and I know that you can never, ever judge by the name. I still think boy based on your description.
