CJus positions in DC area
Graduated with a B.A. in CJus and have been wanting to find a job where I can put my schooling to work. Currently working in Accounting and Finance and would really love to get into the Criminal Justice field: federal, private, anything. Any suggestions? I have been stalking USA Jobs and public interest group websites with little luck.

What exactly are you looking for? I feel like I see jobs like this all the time on USA jobs. Are you sure that you're using the right search codes?
Also, Indeed.com can be a good resource.
You may want to check into the Public Defender in DC- they have a lot of positions that involve more than just criminal defense.
Additionally, there are a number of organizations in DC that specifically relate to rehabilitation of convicts and/ or with juvenile offenders. I can give you a more extensive list offline if you'd like.
Depending on your perspective on criminal justice/ how you feel about people convicted of crimes, you may also consider applying for positions within DYRS- the department of youth rehabilitation services- these are the court ordered supervisors of youth in DC.
