I go whenever I have the time. This week I went Tuesday afternoon, I was off. Last week I went Sunday mid-morning. Sometimes I will go on my way home from work (8-9ish) on thursdays. The store is empty. Its always different
a home delivery service from stop&shop.

my shoprite will shop for you, but don't deliver. so you schedule your own pick up. i think that's what it was last time i checked into it.
My store is completely empty of shoppers on Monday morning and I also get much better meat deals that day.
