If I do run it I'll be sure to take pics and possibly wear a fun shirt... like this:

I was on board with this until the part about the zombies chasing you...
The last time I went to a haunted house, the very end of it was an enclosed area filled with sheets hanging on clotheslines and you had to find your way out while dude with a 'chainsaw' (leaf blower - but are you really concentrating on that at the time?) chases you. One of my friends and I got so turned around that we tripped over each other, flat out fell to the ground, and I thought I was going to be murdered right there.
So...... I think being purposefully chased by zombies wouldn't go over well. But you guys go right ahead and take lots of pictures!
Liz, that was an issue for me at first but I checked it out and the zombies don't actually touch you. Runners get a flag football type belt and the zombies pull the flags.
The more I think of it, this woudl be the perfect event to invite my family to participate in to get them active. They always say they would only run if somethign was chasing them and they like zombies. It could work, right?

Yeah.... that's none too helpful. Haunted house people don't touch you either, but I sure as hell wasn't thinking that at the time!
In all actuality, it does sound fun. I'm over running plain 5Ks, so H and I are keeping our eyes out for warrior runs (the same premise - running and obstacles) around these parts to spice it up.
