Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Meatless meals (cheap meals)?
Its hard trying to convince DH to eat a meatless meal, or even soup for dinner. He thinks it's not enough (he thinks you have to have meat!). Funny enough, my Dad is the same way.
So, any ideas that your man loves that's meatless and cheap?

Thank you for the ideas! I will be adding lasagna to my list, as well as the bean and cheese quesadillas (yummy!).
Caroline- DH loves paninis...do you know of a recipe that you like for the roasted veggie panini you mentioned?
