Wedding stuff.
I'm not around too much now so it's switching the roles day today!
Ugh I hated working from home because I never left. I was so happy that I had to get out of the house to walk the dog, but I rarely got dressed in the mornings.
So far dating is fun. I went on like 10 dates with an Engineer, but recently decided that he's too much of a downer for me to date. Onto the next one

Ok so the Engineer was really nice, divorced and (IMO not over the demise of the marriage at ALL). It has been nice spending time with him (we went hiking 2 weekends ago and apple picking last weekend) but even though we've been doing activities, I still have nothing to talk to him about--and I'm a talker! I slept with him and our styles just don't match. Seriously, someone tell me, am I a freak or is it normal for someone to be SILENT in bed? He had a big upset at work and seems really depressed and I don't need any more projects in my life right now. I'm slowly letting this fade out.
Tonight I'm going out with a CPA and volunteer EMT from match. We have a lot in common and he's (gasp!) my age. Never dated someone my age before. We spoke on the phone for over an hour on Tues so I'm hoping we will have good convos in person.
Tomorrow night I'm going out with a civilian who works in technology for the military. He seems witty and fun and didn't waste my time on match by turning into a penpal (I was talking to some other guy but after pages of emails he still hasn't asked me out--I'm not looking to write books of letters man!). He has a dog (squee!) and a high security clearance

NCV2, you crack me up! I keep not winning the lottery...hahaha...that's the Spanish dream. To win the lottery and never have to work. Every time a Spaniard tells me that's the Spanish dream I comment that I feel that's just everyone's dream.
I have been home a lot, but am trying to break my internet addiction a little bit. Usually I'll clean a little bit when I get up and then go online. And I never start the good morning post because I can't think of good QOTDs!
How's the preps going for the munchkin? I'm getting excited for Spanish IN baby photos! Here's the big question: traditional Spanish "prissy" baby clothes, or no?

Good question! Definitely that's a big fat no! I even got some hand-me-downs that I took out to the ILs house in the country for backup use because I didn't like them. MIL saw some of the stuff and told me I had accidentally left the cutest stroller cover out there and I should remember to get it. I told her I didn't like it and that's why it's there. The frills and prissy stuff for infants is just so very nms. My sister and mom are bringing me some gifts that are more up my alley.
How was the wedding? Or is it still yet to come? Did you figure out the head table thing???
So are you never allowed to tell anyone the circumstances?
I was in Orlando on vacation. I guess summer is almost over so things should pick up around here.
