I am so frustrated with my sister office right now. I was picking up some materials from a vendor & didn't have a full truck load so I kindly asked them if they needed anything & they did, which was great. So I pick up the 4 items that they needed & bring them to my office. The truck from their office was scheduled to pick it all up today. So late yesterday afternoon, just before 5, I get the paperwork ready to transfer the materials to them.
Well, their driver arrives & says that he can't carry all of it b/c he will be over loaded & therefore driving w/ an illegal amount of weight. WTF!!???!! Why in the world couldn't they have told me yesterday that they weren't going to pick it all up??? We have a computer program that shows everything that is scheduled to ship & that has shipped all they had to do was look at it & see that I had to all scheduled to transfer (per THEIR request). Now I have to do 3 times as much paperwork b/c they can't get their sh!t together. UGH!!!!!!!! These people are so incompetent. Yesterday they shipped 50 (yes 50) brick to us on an 18 wheeler when it would have made so much more sense & been incredibly less expensive to bring them on the truck that came today.
I can't stand when I do something to help someone else out they won't do their part. ::steam coming out my ears::

What's your frustration this week?
Re: Dear co-worker: Grrrrr.... (work vent)
Haha I was totally thinking of doing a dear coworker post today, you beat me to it! That is ridiculous that they are so not using common sense, it sucks that it inconveniences you like that!
Dear coworkers,
Since there is only one maintenance person working here why wouldn't you think its a good idea to let the person receiving phone calls for maintenance know that there won't be a maintenance tech around for the day, and if he/ you will be on call. I have had it up to here with this lack of communication! Motivation, motivation, motivation! Now I'll go home this weekend and study my a$$ off for my first CIA test so I can be one step closer to saying Adios to you!
NOT yours truly,

Dear H's employer,
Well I understand that you are a video rental store and your busy hours are on the weekend, I do not understand making your managers work 3 out of 4 weekends a month!?!?! The managers are taught to train their employees to run the store without them and most employees do that just fine.
So much for being a "family" run store. Not only will my husband be leaving, but I have a feeling many others will be doing the same thing. Good luck finding replacements!
Sincerely,
Disgruntled Wife of Husband Who is Never Home

Dear Coworker (myself...again),
Great job taking two Exedrin Menstrals today, but the caffeine has you so jacked up you are literally shaking and feeling drunk. It is kind of fun, but we need to hold it together today!
Dear Co-worker:
I'm really busy. [nevermind that I'm on the nest right now]. When you come in to chit chat and I am still typing and looking at my computer, it means I don't have time to talk to you. Are you ever going to get the hint and stop being such a lingerer?
xoxo,
Rachel
YES!!!! I am not friendly, I swear. In fact I think I'm kind of a b!tch because I don't really acknowledge her presence and am very short in responding to her questions. I guess I just attract these types....
Your "Dear Coworkers" seriously crack me up.
