chimney sweep rec in harco....
Anyone have any that you would recommend?? Our new house has a fireplace and I have never had one before. The previous owner was not reliable so DH and I want to get it inspected and cleaned before using it this fall/winter. I got an ad from the Money Mailer for a company called Fire-Free Chimney Sweeps and it has a coupon for $30 off a cleaning...regularly $185. Is that about right price wise? Any help wit this would be great as I am a fireplace newbie!

What do they usually charge, if you don't mind me asking?
Piccadilly is who we used as well. IIRC, it was $65 for an inspection, and if it needed to be cleaned it would have been $120. But the $65 goes towards the $120, so it wouldn't have been $185.
