So I have been feeling kinda crappy the last few days, sore throat, achy. I didn't think baby related more end of term tiredness/seasons changing.
This morning I find out one of the girls in my class has the chicken pox. I tried not to freak out all day because I did have it about 6 yrs ago (got it from a kid in my class in NY- go figure) but it was a really mild case. So I rang my OB after school to find out if I need to do anything.
I ended up having to track down blood work from my GP to check for immunity. I am not immune. On my records it said I have had it before but if I am exposed I need to have some certain blood test (can't remember the exact name). So now I have to go back for blood work Monday since it was too late to do it today. I must be one of those people who can have it more than once (DH has had it 3x!) Doc didn't want to give me anything for the throat yet, which is fine by me, so we will wait to check it again on Monday as well. Ugh, please don't let me break out in spots over the weekend!
On a brighter note, I found what looks like Bugles (the corn chip things) at Woolies today. They are delicious.
