How long did it take for your loan to get approved?
The underwriter has already accepted our letter and now we're waiting for the loan to be approve. We were supposed to hear back today but NOTHING!!! Our loan officer said Monday for sure. Is this a bad sign or does it normally take 3-5 business days? We're supposed to close on 10/14 and we still have the appraisal, fixtures if necessary and if the house appraises for less then we still have to toggle with the seller. This is going to be a long weekend!! Can anyone shine an ounce of light? Thanks in Advance!
