  Not that i'm aware, usually it will list them as "subject to 3rd party approval," etc.  

  FWIW, I wish we hadn't fallen in love with this house, because the whole SS process is draining.

  DD1(4):VSD & PFO (Closed!), Prental stroke, Mild CP, Delayed pyloric opening/reflux, Brachycephaly & Plagiocephaly, Sacral lipoma, Tethered spinal cord, Compound heterozygous MTHFR, Neurogenic bladder, Urinary retention & dyssynergia,kidney reflux, Enlarged Bladder with Poor Muscle Tone, Heart arrythmia, Ehler danlos syndrome-Hypermobility type.  Possible mito disorder-workup in progress.

  I dont't know if there is a separate website for shortsales but why do you want to see them without a realtor? It not like you are buying directly from a homeowner and will save on realtor fees. I'd think the SS process is more complicated and you need someone on your side to help you. Try to see if tree are realtors in your area who specialize in SS's.

  All of this.  If you're just looking to see whats out there you will find them on regular MLS sites.  I know RedFin flags listings as short sales and doesn't do tours/reviews of them but I don't know if there is a way through their site to see only SS.  For ours it was just when you clicked on the actual listing it had a thing in the top right corner saying it was a SS.
