Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

new patterns??

Is there a certain time when new patterns come out for the major companies (Simplicity, McCall's, etc)? I check the websites every now and then but if it is only once every couple months/season/year I'd rather not check all the time!

I think it is somewhat seasonal...at least a few times a year.
I get e-mails from McCalls/Butterick/Vogue, and mostly ignore them, but from time to time they will be about taking a look at the new patterns.
