How would you say "choose 1 drink option" on a menu?

Ok, so at a restaurant brunch shower, guests can have unlimited soda, juice and coffee.  In addition to that, they have the choice of ONE "specialty drink": mimosa, bloody mary or cappuccino.

How would you note this on a menu???

I'm imagining this at the very bottom, under all the food options.  But it doesn't seem right.  Would this make you think that you can have either a diet coke OR a mimosa and not the possibility of unlimited juice AND one cappuccino?

Please advise.  Thanks!
