Salon / highlights recs needed
Preferably center city area (no libs, south Philly or lower NE ok too). My existing salon keeps getting more & more expensive - highlights & cut were about $180. I need a more reasonable place.

As crazy as this seems, I've had my last two haircuts and touch up done at the local Hair Cuttery. I was quite pleased with the result and the price. I have spent a ton on my hair over the years, and the results, I thought, were just as good. Just an idea for you to consider. Good luck!
I go to Next Salon. There's two locations in S. Philly, one on Snyder Avenue and the other is on 2nd and Christian. The one on Snyder, people go more for manis and pedis there. I go to the 2nd and Christan location. It's smaller than the Snyder ave and they're more personal. Remeber your name, etc.
Their prices are very reasonable, for cut and color, I pay about 55 bucks.
