I have AWFUL cramps today. Not cool. I almost never got cramps before Ella, so if this is some post-baby norm, I am not amused. They were not nearly this bad with my last cycle so I am hoping it is just some sort of fluke.

Sorry you have bad cramps today...I dont remember how my cramps were after I had Monk....I used to have heinous cramping before I got pregnant, I feel your pain!
I hate to say it, but I used to not really get cramps before A. After A, I feel like I've flashed back to my first year of having my AF. OMG, the cramps are terrible and sometimes I have headaches and feel sick to my stomach. So not cool!
