I've got a bad case of the Mondays
Woke up bright and early to go to the DMV. Waited in line. When I got to the desk the lady tells me I don't have all the right documents, even though I brought all the ones the website said I needed. Drove home really fast to get the other documents. I get back and they say I had to wait in line again, except by now its like a thousand times longer. I wait an hour before having to abandon my place in line to go to work.
I go home quickly to change and get a drink. Spilled said drink all over my work shirt. Had to look frantically for my extra. Changed, hauled ass to work and when I walk in my manager looks all confused, and then says "Oh! That's what I forgot. I meant to call you and tell you not to come in today." 
This is just not my morning. Here's to hoping everyone else had a better one!

What a sucky way to start your day! Did you go back to the DMV since you didn't have to work?
The rest of the week is super busy for me so I'm just sitting on the couch today. I'm still rocking the pj's.
lol no. I didn't have it in me to go back for a third time in one day.
I'm going to go in bright and early again tomorrow morning since I'm not scheduled to work. That was the original plan, but for some reason I convinced myself I could get everything done before work today.

I am trying to finish a paper that is due really soon, but I am loaded on pain medication. I spent the better part of the day yesterday in the ER thinking I was going to die, to learn that I have kidney stones instead. No more sugar for me.
I am not going in today because I don't want to pass one of those puppies in a public restroom.

I didn't have to go into work this morning so I'm still rocking the night shirt and cuddled up on the couch with the puppers. I'm having a bad bout with my IBS today so I'm really grateful I don't have to work this morning.
Yikes! That does sound like a rough start to the day. Here's hoping it gets better...
Me, I'm just dealing with a mondo dose of jetlag. Bleh. But, now that we have the nice new comfy bed, I at least got a great night of sleep last night.
I swear the DMV is like a window into hell!!! I will call or look up online what I need only to find out when I get there I don't have the right things. Really because someone just told me yesterday what I needed to have. Oh and the Social Security Office is another one!!!
I have the Monday's too. I woke up late. The dogs decided to bark at every car, bird, person or leaf they saw on the morning walk, this made me late. I could not find a parking place at work. It looks like rain and I have no rain coat. Arg! Can I just go back to bed please?
That sucks Mary! I hate the DMV so much.
Mondays truly do suck. I've had my good and bad days since Allan left and last night was definitely one of those bad days so I didn't sleep well and I had to come into work. Plus I have some serious PMS going on so I'm considering crying off for the day and going home and putting on sweats, movies, and eating a bunch of chocolate.
