How do you make your sourdough? It is something I have always wanted to try.

So Tasty, So Yummy
Re: ** DynamoTH **
I'm going to chime in for Tara since I shared my sourdough starter with her.
I actually just made my first batch of bread on Sunday. I used Annie's recipe. http://annies-eats.net/2011/02/03/sourdough-bread-the-basics/
I have also made the following:
Crackers-http://www.kitchenstewardship.com/2010/03/08/sourdough-recipes-galore-whole-wheat-crackers/ (These were addicting! I added parm and spices to the mix)
Muffins- http://www.kitchenstewardship.com/2010/03/10/sourdough-recipes-galore-variations-on-sourdough-muffins/ (I added 1/2 cup pumpkin to the mix and sprinkled some chocolate chips on the top before baking).
Biscuits- http://whatscookingamerica.net/Bread/SourdoughBiscuits.htm
Here are some more recipes: http://whatscookingamerica.net/Bread/SourdoughBreadRecipes.htm
If you want some starter, let me know! Mine has been going for almost two weeks now.
^what she said^
In the last week since I got the starter from B2B I've made two batches of crackers, two batches of biscuits, and pancakes/waffles. I had to break down and put my starter in the refrigerator or else I was going to turn into a baked good.
