Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm sure tons of you saw my fb post but I rocked my 5K yesterday!
I haven't been this proud of myself in so long. I'm still grinning from ear to ear! 2 months ago I wanted to die after running 1.5 minutes yesterday I ran the 5K (3.1 miles) in 35 min 48 seconds. My original goal was to run the entire thing and do it in less than 40 min then Friday night I did it in 37:41 so my new goal was to break 37. I was so proud!

You have every right to be proud of yourself...you totally rocked the 5k!! I'm proud of you!!!
