Saturday night we were out with a bunch of friends at this bar where people write all over the walls. One of my friends has a new girlfriend. The verdict is still out on her. She is nice, but annoying. While we were all standing around she goes "wait, is that how you make a J?" ***crickets*** we were all like...um, yes? She then proceeds to debate how she writes a J and if she does it wrong. And just for the icing on the cake, her boyfriends name starts with a J.
Do you think she was serious or just being dumb? I told DH I think she was stoned. So weird.

Really?! Wow. I hope she was kidding.
Was she talking about a cursive J?
I had a friend tell me my cursive J was "wrong," and looked like a lower-case f. I make my cursive J's just like everyone else I know. Maybe that friend and your friend are related.
I love how she went on and on about it, too. She must not be much for current events.
I wish she was, she was talking about a printed J.
It was so awkward, because she did keep going on and on and we all just sort of ignored it.
