Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We have had tv for about a month, but we weren't getting HD and he decided he simply couldn't live without it so he cancelled the old service and set up an appointment to get something else installed today. He asked if I would be home after he made the appointment. I told him I could be here for a couple of hours in the morning but since we're leaving tonight I also need to run around town and do about four different things. He assured me that it wouldnt be a problem. It's now 2pm and the installation people are still here. H called me to ask how it's going, I told him they still aren't finished, and he nonchalantly replied, "yeah, it's supposed to take about five hours". WTF. In what world does a couple hours in the morning equal five hours stretching into the afternoon? I now have no time to run half the errands I needed to. I am seriously pissed off.
