I didn't lose, but I didn't gain (starting to get really frustrated)
What eating plan are you following? Going back to South Beach Diet this week.
What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? Yoga, Pilates, Cardio
How was I successful this week ? Not really
Any slips or set backs this week? None that I can think of.
My motivation for losing weight? Mini motivation, a new dress for a wedding in about a month.

I really think it's what I'm eating and not how much, so I'm going to try to get rid of all the bad carbs out of my system. I seem to do well when I do that, it's just really hard to stick too. I love bread and pasta

How much weight have I lost this week? I haven't lost anything this week but think it's pretty good that I haven't gained anything for the past 4 weeks either.
What eating plan are you following? not anything specific. Just trying to eat less processed foods and lower portions. When I try to eat larger portions it makes me really swell.
What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? walking Jade, that's about it
How was I successful this week ? walked Jade more than normal. Ate less than I normally would, drank less coffee too.
Any slips or set backs this week? Nothing I can think of right now. I've been trying to be good.
My motivation for losing weight? Being a healthy mom for Charli and Jade, being a healthy, attractive wife for DH.

How much weight have I lost this week? Lost 2.6 lbs.
What eating plan are you following? Everything in moderation, getting exercise, keeping track on WW.
What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? How many hours? Monday: ?23 minutes of advanced rhythm boxing/advanced rhythm parade, basic step Wednesday: ?26 minutes of advanced rhythm boxing/advanced step/strength training Thursday: ?20 minutes of yoga Sunday: ?20 minutes of Zumba
How was I successful this week ? Getting exercise, mostly eating well. ?On Saturday night,?E ordered buffalo wings and a pulled pork sandwich, I ordered an eggplant napoleon and cup of chili.
Any slips or set backs this week? Burger King for lunch on Saturday, but it was out of necessity... and I ordered a small and didn't finish the whole Coke. ?Beignets on Sunday, but only a few.
My motivation for losing weight? Losing weight and getting fit before it gets really hard as I get older, fitting into my suits.
Wild Card!!! I really need to crack down on the knitting and sewing if I'm going to get things done on time.

How much weight have I lost this week? Haven't weighed yet, but I don't think I gained or lost. It's that time of the month, so I'm retaining water like crazy...I'm almost afraid to get on the scale.
What eating plan are you following? Just watching what I eat, really. I'm seriously considering starting WW.
What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? Besides chasing JJ all around, I've been working with Wii Fit. I had a relapse of sorts with my gallbladder recovery and really couldn't do anything last week. This week, though, it's gym time.
How was I successful this week ? I drank lots and lots of water. I used to not drink any at all [which is bad, i know].
Any slips or set backs this week? Candy and I became best friends. Chocolate, namely.
My motivation for losing weight? Thanksgiving. We're still trying to go out to visit H, and I'll be meeting a ton of people that he works with. I want to look awesome when that happens.
Wild Card!!! Chocolate and I need to become enemies again quickly. Like, real quick.
I have no patience either, but just remember - if you lose to fast you're much more likely to gain it back!
