    What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week?  Just walking and chasing

    How was I successful this week ?  I was really successful.  I'm finally starting to fit into my smaller pants and had to pack away my bigger sizes.

    Any slips or set backs this week?  Nope!  And I am so happy right now about going forward.

    My motivation for losing weight?  Keeping myself in shape and healthy as a good role model for Robert.

    I didn't lose, but I didn't gain (starting to get really frustrated)

    What eating plan are you following?  Going back to South Beach Diet this week.

    What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? Yoga, Pilates, Cardio

    How was I successful this week ? Not really

    Any slips or set backs this week? None that I can think of.

    My motivation for losing weight? Mini motivation, a new dress for a wedding in about a month.

    How much weight have I lost this week? Maybe .5 lb...I have not weighed in yet.

    What eating plan are you following? moderation; low fat

    What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? 4 days gym varying from all cardio to cardio + weights

    How was I successful this week ? I fit into about 95% of my PP jeans. Some don't fit the same but they fit. My uber skinny ones I still have about 5 lbs to lose before they'll work.

    Any slips or set backs this week?  yesterday was a food cheat day....

    My motivation for losing weight? I still have a few lbs to go to be at my PP weight. My clothes are fitting better and better.

    Wild Card!!! This week will be a lower exercise week; I am only able to gym/workout today (done) tomorrow, and Wed morning ....and then maybe the w/e. so I have to make healthy choices food wise.

    I really think it's what I'm eating and not how much, so I'm going to try to get rid of all the bad carbs out of my system.  I seem to do well when I do that, it's just really hard to stick too.  I love bread and pasta Sad

  • How much weight have I lost this week? I lost 9.5 lbs this week, all excess fluids from having Ben. When I got home from the hospital, I'd only lost Ben's 7.5 lbs. This means I'm halfway there - I have 17 to go.What eating plan are you following?   • How much weight have I lost this week? I haven't lost anything this week but think it's pretty good that I haven't gained anything for the past 4 weeks either.

    What eating plan are you following? not anything specific. Just trying to eat less processed foods and lower portions. When I try to eat larger portions it makes me really swell.

    What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? walking Jade, that's about it Embarrassed

    How was I successful this week ? walked Jade more than normal. Ate less than I normally would, drank less coffee too.

    Any slips or set backs this week? Nothing I can think of right now. I've been trying to be good.

    My motivation for losing weight? Being a healthy mom for Charli and Jade, being a healthy, attractive wife for DH.

    How much weight have I lost this week? Lost 2.6 lbs.

    What eating plan are you following? Everything in moderation, getting exercise, keeping track on WW.

    What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? How many hours? Monday: ?23 minutes of advanced rhythm boxing/advanced rhythm parade, basic step Wednesday: ?26 minutes of advanced rhythm boxing/advanced step/strength training Thursday: ?20 minutes of yoga Sunday: ?20 minutes of Zumba

    How was I successful this week ? Getting exercise, mostly eating well. ?On Saturday night,?E ordered buffalo wings and a pulled pork sandwich, I ordered an eggplant napoleon and cup of chili.

    Any slips or set backs this week? Burger King for lunch on Saturday, but it was out of necessity... and I ordered a small and didn't finish the whole Coke. ?Beignets on Sunday, but only a few.

    My motivation for losing weight? Losing weight and getting fit before it gets really hard as I get older, fitting into my suits.

    Wild Card!!! I really need to crack down on the knitting and sewing if I'm going to get things done on time.

    What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? I jogged once only, last Sunday.

    How was I successful this week ? Not my best week, but after not losing or gaining the week before, I was really hoping to lose more. We went out to eat a lot due to family events surrounding my gpop's death, so I did well considering I had PF Chang's twice in one week alone.

    Any slips or set backs this week? Funeral food, everyone brings the best cookies, brownies, casseroles, everything I love that's bad for me, and I ate it all. Not to mention WINE, lots and lots of wine. I just say no to brownies and wine.

    My motivation for losing weight? I can't wait to get below my pp weight, even if I still don't fit in my clothes due to things shifting. I'd like to be below PP weight by October 14th. I've got just shy of 3 weeks and 8.6lbs to go. I'll be close but I may be able to pull it off if I'm strict enough with myself.

    Slow and steady wins the race.  I keep saying that to myself, but I'm a person who's all about instant gratification, so slow and steady is killing me.

  • How much weight have I lost this week? Haven't weighed yet, but I don't think I gained or lost. It's that time of the month, so I'm retaining water like crazy...I'm almost afraid to get on the scale.

    What eating plan are you following? Just watching what I eat, really. I'm seriously considering starting WW.

    What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? Besides chasing JJ all around, I've been working with Wii Fit. I had a relapse of sorts with my gallbladder recovery and really couldn't do anything last week. This week, though, it's gym time.

    How was I successful this week ? I drank lots and lots of water. I used to not drink any at all [which is bad, i know].

    Any slips or set backs this week? Candy and I became best friends. Chocolate, namely.

    My motivation for losing weight? Thanksgiving. We're still trying to go out to visit H, and I'll be meeting a ton of people that he works with. I want to look awesome when that happens.

    Any slips or set backs this week? I wanted to work out today, but I've had a killer headache for the last 7 hours!! I took excedrin, but it's still here! Ughhh I feel terrible!

    My motivation for losing weight? I want to take B pics for hubby and give them to him as an anniversary gift. I want to look sexy!!.

    I have no patience either, but just remember - if you lose to fast you're much more likely to gain it back!

    Maurika, I really hope that headache's gone!  That sucks.
