netflix BS
i got an email from netflix inviting me to come back and offering a free trial. THEY wrote ME. when i went to sign up it said sorry, you are not eligible for a free trial. WTF???? why did you write me saying i was, then? this happened to me once before too, a long time ago. i would think they'd have fixed this by now. lame!
Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.

Oh yea bunch of bastards!
I got an email from them saying "now's the perfect time to come back". I thought maybe they'd give me a discount or something. Nope. I opened the email and it gave a little thingy about it being ONLY $7.99 for streaming. Well, that doesn't make anything perfect time to come back because that's not different!!
yeah i think they're desperate since they really fubar'd with their recent changes.
yah we dropped the dvd rental and only do streaming mainly because we don't have the time and I don't want to lose the dvd and they were changing the price by like 8 a month and I wasn't down with that.
I bet if you called they would give you a free trial back
We did the same. We were paying $9.99 for one DVD and streaming and the fact that the price jumped up to now almost $16 (before tax mind you) was just too annoying. We do use the streaming quite a bit tho, so that $8 is worth it. But I am worried about Starz ending their contract with Netflix - if they end up pulling out - last I heard they hadn't renewed their contract and the current one would end in February - then Netflix would lose a LOT of movies/TVshows/etc because they a provided by Starz. Then, it's totally not even going to be worth the $8. We'll have to keep an eye on it.
