Tuesday Accountability

How'd we do ladies?

I missed last week because I was in Atlanta, so I'll say for the past 2 weeks I am down 2.5 lbs. I am making a big push to lose maybe a few more before my birthday next friday. Then I plan to splurge and enjoy myself on my birthday and get back to normal after that. Sounds good, right? lol.

  • We've had a crazy month. The last two weeks I've been so far off the wagon. Back from vacation yesterday, dinner with friends tonight and then I'm back to being strict tomorrow. Somehow I've maintained this month though even with eating like crap and pretty much not working out.
  • I'm working on cutting out fried food & booze & I've been focusing on lots of fruits, veggies & lean protein. I started a 2-week Intro to CrossFit program yesterday.

    I'm down 1.2 lbs from last week. Yay!

    Yay for maintaining with everything going on. I don't know if you're still doing WWs but I've found that after you do it for a while you start to make better choices subconsciously during times like that and end up maintaining instead of gaining.

    I ended up having a great week and losing 2.8 pounds. I wasn't perfect with my points but I was definitely better than I have been the past few weeks. I got back to meal planning and it makes such a big difference for me.

  • I'm down 1 from last week, but still up 1 from two weeks ago. Boo. I really need to start exercising again, but I really really don't want to do. Ugh.

    I love NROLFW, but it specifically states that endurance training is counterproductive to the program. Since it's time to start training for the fall half marathons, I've taken a break from it.

  • I suck at life. I only have a few weeks till I'm supposed to go down and up the grand canyon in one day. It's time to get my butt in gear. I also told DH he needs to get back into the swing of exercising because I'm not carrying him out of the canyon. lol

    Gotcha. I just started incorporating light lifting back into my routine, but I figure with all of the running NROLFW wouldn't be for me. Maybe after Donna and before my fall marathon I can switch to shorter runs and heavier lifting.

    That's why I've started incorporating CrossFit. Good way to stay strong without the counterproductivity of heavy lifting Yes

  • I'm down 3 lbs from last week, but still 3 lbs from my goal weight. :(
  • I made PW monkey muffins last night. I made quick (read poor) for the past week. I will be back on track by next week. To much crap to do and not enough time for it all.
