Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Dear Cox,

You are not on my good list this morning!

Yesterday we didn't have internet for most of the day...  ok fine.  Now we don't have internet, phone or cable, and you don't have any available technician until TOMORROW? 

DH, being a SAHD, is extremely unhappy with the situation.  Luckily, we have some DVDs, but it's not the same.  LO has a cold too, so we were hoping to have his routine kept somewhat the same for today.
