By "on the board" I'm including lurkers. I'm coming up on my three month anniversary of being "under contract" on a house, and I'm losing my mind! I'd started looking at houses in January,so I've been around since then. How about you?[Poll]

Since it was created? We put our house on the market last March, closed in August, rented for 6 months, and started our hunt this past February. I've lurked since the beginning.

I came around in Dec 2010 and we closed on our house in Feb 2011. I have stayed around since then.

I came in Jan 2011 when we started considering buying. We were under contract feb 2. Built. Closed June 15. Been here the whole time

I started seriously house-hunting in January '09 and found this board shortly after. We closed on our house July 2, 2009, but I've been visiting this board all along.

I started lurking in October or November of 2010 when we started talking about buying. Went under contract in early March and closed April 1.

Started the loan pre-approval in January 2011, that's when I started lurking on here. Our house closed in March and I've been reading this board since the beginning of the year.
